What We Do

 My Fathers House Visalia is a sober living program. We offer housing and a service program using a "Next Step" incentive focus to help individuals who are trying to break free from a self-destructive lifestyle.

Our restorative process focuses on the individual as well as their hurts and habits of destructive behavior. Our purpose is to restore individuals and their loved ones to a meaningful life. We offer hope and support to those who have been impacted by alcohol, drug abuse, homelessness, and criminal backgrounds.

After a resident completes a drug program and has nowhere to go, M Father's House Visalia can fill that need. We have a place in our hearts and in our program for them.

Residents are accountable to set goals and work on their individual service plan to achieve greater independence, to increase skills, to establish adequate income and eventually to move into permanent housing.

Each resident finds their own church to become a part of for emotional and spiritual support. The habit of church attendance, wherever it might be, is critical in establishing a pattern that continues after they leave My Father's House Visalia.
